A local meeting planner called Halls Chophouse to confirm her group’s reservation that evening for 40 people. Billy took the call and explained there was no record of the reservation ever being made. The planner panicked, realizing her assistant failed to make the reservation. Billy said, “No problem- we look forward to seeing your group tonight.” Tommy sprang into action and prepared for the group with short notice. The planner was thrilled and explained Tommy and Billy knocked it out of the park. The group was blown away by the quality of service and cuisine.
